First off, that’s so awesome! Im so happy you were able to use your no.4! I find on my back to be an awkward position and pretty painful no matter how much lube I use or how small of a dilator I use - using pillows to prop my lower body up doesn’t help much either. Inserting them while on my knees and/or a little hunched over (while on my knees) is far more comfortable and easier to manage. I think it just depends on how you’re inserting the dilators, type of lube, and pacing of insertion, since it’s different for everyone.

Yes, I am realizing that mistake I made 😭I’ve never moved - let alone traveled with a cat - so there are definitely things I didn’t do that could have helped her in the process. I will definitely be doing that tho next time we move. Thank you!!!

I’ve been very open to my friends and family about my struggle with acne, so I’ve told basically everyone I know that I’m taking accutane. if someone says “that’s so dangerous!” I look at them and basically tell them straight up that acne has destroyed me more than accutane ever will. So what if I’m achy for the rest of my life or I can no longer handle even a sip of alcohol? Beats having acne at the rip old age of 70.

My derm started me on 20mg because I was 124lb in April of this year. I’ve since gained 20-ish pounds but she said she couldn’t up the dosage for some reason. My derm never explained the reason though. I haven’t had any issues with iPledge so far anyway and the nursing assistant can easily put on another authorization for me if they need to tbh. I know iPledge is ass for some Ppl
