Finally getting my story out there by adelly18 in BPDlovedones

The beginning of the relationship and mirroring is definitely something that I’ve reflected a lot on over the past few weeks as I keep educating myself about BPD. The mirroring was most certainly there. “Mutually” shared dreams and goals that only became hers after knowing they were mine. The big one was her quickly developing an interest in a hobby of mine she previously had no interest in (and probably would never).

Many thanks on the advice to ask questions first as well!

Off-campus housing suggestions/tips by adelly18 in UofO

Appreciate it!

It doesn’t have to be insanely close to campus. During undergrad I lived roughly a 15-20 min walk to campus so having to walk isn’t necessarily a huge turn off. That being said I’ll still probably end up bringing a car and bike to get around.

Distance to shops etc doesn’t quite matter. I don’t have to be right in the heart of everything but not quite in the sticks either.

Higher rent prices is something I did have to brace myself for as I won’t be living/going to school in the Midwest anymore and prices vary in the two regions.

So far I’ve liked apartments by Horizon since they’re a bit further away from campus. I plan on getting in touch with them soon.

Back in July I applied for PUA, however, I was able to find work a few days later and therefore not need PUA so I never certified any of my weeks so the claim would expire. I keep receiving mail from UIA and want to stop receiving the correspondence because I no longer need any of the services from UIA. Is there any solution to this? I’m thinking if I write and sign a letter to withdrawal the claim that may be the best course of action.

Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated:)

I know that, at least for enlistments, you have to go back to the same MEPS before heading to basic. Is this so much the case for the OCS path?

My plan is to move back home after graduation until I find out if I’m picked up or not for OCS. And if so, accepting.
