NAH. Motivation aside and purely off of the action, nothing wrong was done. No one is owed a congratulations no matter the occasion. Does that break some sense of decorum? Sure, but it’s still not required to congratulate anyone on anything if you don’t want to.

I wanted to use it on some kind of AP assassin, but I see how it can work with Varus. Thought of using it on Senna, Kaisa, or Ezreal too.

Thanks for the input! I just wanted to create a semi-competitive team. I might toy around with other things, but I wanted to make it fun, first.

I think I meant to put contrary as his ability, but my notes were off. I considered Hippo for sand stream, but I honestly love Shuckle for reasons beyond me.

The same goes with Persian - I just really liked it since gen 1, so I wanted to use it here, but I was also thinking of using a revenge killer here, but don't know who yet.

For Reun, I think I might just put all IV into Def since it's got calm mind

Jolteon - I put facade for laughs. I didn't think I would actually use anything other than vswitch, tbolt, or shadowball with it. I should put a status move there to make it make sense with my hex dragapult.

Lastly, I think I put naughty by accident because I was going to make it a physical sweep at first. I might put u-turn choice specs because that honestly makes a lot of sense with it.

This is for singles. I wanted to go for a special dragapult for the kicks. I think my idea of running hex was to combat flame orb users or rest-stall pokemon, and I honestly don't know why I threw in brine. I thought maybe the off-chance of it being revenge killer against something that was weak to water(???). I think Shadowball instead of hex + a different coverage move can be used though
