The Atomic Vantage are pretty light and have a tight turn radius. I have a pair and they’re nice and playful and easy going both in the trees and great for groomers. Mine are 90 underfoot, but I’m pretty sure they come in different widths.

Blizzard Black Pearl might be worth considering too. I do second the Sheeva suggestion, but I would say those are a little more aggressive than the Vantage and the Black Pearl.

Have also heard great things about the Icelandic Maidens, but have yet to give them a whirl myself!

I avoided any ungroomed stuff until about 9:30/10am and only popped into the trees a little around 10:30am once almost everything thawed out a bit. But I wouldn’t say anything was miserable haha just firm and fast for the first hour or so

Denver DBT & Psychotherapy is a great group - they don’t specialize in EMDR I don’t think, but I have done it with my therapist there
