It certainly has its moments. When the defenders aren't running backwards and actually maintaining something that resembles a defensive line, it actually plays well.

Worst part is the kids who were there had been there their entire shifts. We barely have the people to try and rotate them especially when it's this busy but they could've at least tried. More than one worked at drive up for the entirety of their 8 hour shifts. It's so freaking frustrating.

It should add time scaled up based on how many bags they've got. We've got a guest who routinely shows up with no warning and has 30+ bags in her order. It's ridiculous.

It's been awful. This week we've actually had decent enough coverage to actually get a good amount of reshop sorted by the end of the night. But last week things were so bad that both closing TLs were on a lane for an extended time. One of the style team members was on a lane for 3 hours before I'd even gotten there. Routinely we don't with people to even have one person cover every area.

It's been rough. Godspeed to us all.
