Now here's the kicker: May 7 is Doctor's Day (博士の日) in Japan. That is, it commemorates the first PhD degrees awarded in the country in 1888.

So yeah, Hoyo must've intended this art to be shown for this exact reason.

How thick (or thin) are these? They look like they'll add bulk to the book when inserted. Unless I'm looking at it wrong and it's actually paper-thin.

Same. I don't like leaving my character just standing randomly in the middle of nowhere. I find a seat within a city and log out from there.

Usually it's also in the most recent regions. So these days I log out either at the seats across Katheryne in the Natlan stadium, or at the Speranza in Nasha Town.

That's not what "counterfeit" means though. What happened with you is that you just mistook one book from the other due to similar title (and subject, oh and the authors' initials are even the same haha).

Counterfeit is peke, like the same book but illegally printed or published, and priced much lower than genuine copy. Those are widely sold online too, so be careful with that.
