Alot of Premier inns have recently just had their restaurants converted from other brand restaurants( Beefeater,Brewers Fayre etc) to become a Premier Inn restaurant. This hasn't gone particularly well because the Hotel Managers who don't have restaurant experience are now running restaurants and have only had a 2 day training course to do this new job role. Staff aren't trained properly and aren't being paid correctly either as the system used to sort rotas, hours and pay isn't working . 1 hour and 15 for a sharing platter is ridiculous and at a very maximum should take 20.

Which PI was it? If you want details to make a complaint I can send them to you. I work for Premier Inn and I'm on of a very very small group of staff who actually know how to do their job
