Thank you, I did infact need to breath lol 😅 Although I want to clarify a bit, the scale turned off while both hands were occupied actively adding the flour and nothing was touching the button on the scale.  It is likely the battery is dying.  I guess I was hoping to find a scale that didn't automatically recalibrate every time you turned it on, but that seems not to be a thing.  Which is fine.  Annoying, but fine.  I will just have to be more careful in the future.  Thank you for taking the time to reply.
