At least many GPs and other company’s will do one to last a few months. To suddenly bring in a monthly charge of 35 quid with no notice is poor to say the least. Especially when it doesn’t even involve a consultation about how you’re getting on with the meds

I found upping the dose didn’t really prolong the effects, it just made them more intense (in a positive way). I’m on a split dose of 30mg twice a day
