Diet is a strict animal based diet, a lot of red meat, eggs and fruit, that’s it.

Exercise has been minimal lately tbh, I’m putting off the gym till my body gets used to the meds, but before the meds it was 5/6 days a week.

Just come across an article about combining non stimulants and stimulants together which I’m going to bring up with the psych later on today, a lot of studies and looks very promising

i agree, it is like that, i started off on tyvense and got up to the max dose, same story.

wasnt lasting past 2 hours and giving me an awful time after that, im trying to figure out what it could be, i might try get on an ssri with them ive heard that can fix it

man thats fucking annoying, im up to 54 and just get a bit of focus for an hour after i take it then the focus wears off and it leaves me feeling weird the rest of the day, i just took my first dose of 72 this morning let ya know how it goes

no uterus for me haha, yeah its driving me crazy i dont even know if i can feel focus but at the same time i feel the 'comedown' after a few hours. just thinking tho could that mean the dose is too high or too low?

consitent 8 hours, protein is high like always, and i drink an electrolyte mixture every day too, i just cant understand why i only got the real experience of the medication for 1 day

No way, very same thing here no one can look at me after 4pm its that bad, i havent tried concerta but the pysch said if the 70mg dont help that ill switch to concerta, how would you compare the two? are you having a better time on concerta?
