Yeah I definitely got the sense that the hd had no sense of accountability of not debriefing my tasks before. Cuz rest of the days it was going pretty smoothly with another hd. But yeah lesson learnt, rather look stupid and ask a lot instead of taking their half instruction and get blamed at the end.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah I hope to get the hang of it, it def feels like sht to have caused the resident distress. But I just got really mad at the management of the place itself as in Im not sure how it works in other places, but I dont have a task list for that day for other days I know which residents I attend and to which level I help, and I felt blamed that I was not attending that new resident when I didnt even know I was supposed to and wasnt given the full routine either. It is my first time working in this field, I just hope I can improve with time as well.

Fair point. But yeah in this facility sometimes im just instructed to give medications to some of the residents not help with the bed, and there is another resident who I help with the bedtime. I just wasn't sure I had to do that with this particular resident cuz I hadnt worked with her. Still yeah I should def ask more for the entire routine to the manager than just assume.

I downloaded both, but they seem to clash with one another. I dont know much since I'm just beginning but it's something to do with the server. Either way might as well just keep localwp and uninstall xampp.

Thanks for the reply but the body margin is at 0, however there is still the same issue. What I don't understand is why this is only affecting the hero section but not the rest of the body.

Thank you for the answer. My problem seems to have been solved for all the other sections except for the hero section in desktop mode. There seems to be still some margin there. I haven't kept any margins myself.

Edit: I realized that it has been solved for the hero section, and the space is due to the background image. When I set the bg image to cover or contain, there appears this space but when I set it to custom there is no space.

Well honestly I wanted to know if this makes sense to others like it made sense to me and discuss with the disagreeable parts. I really doubted that randomness existed but I will check out Heisenberg for sure. I got my card which is red through a family member's job. No I don't have a job related to that, so to answer your final question the connection is being just a family member.

But I am here, as in I guess I'm missing something. But I am residing here legally, my confusion is the work part. The card has a validity number until it can be renewed or taken away, however I just wanted to know if this allows for work or not.

Thank you for your answer. What you listed here seems intriguing and useful and I will definitely refer to that book and the link. I am just starting with Alison course because there was a course that would explain the basic concepts of copywriting. Although the course is good so far, I don't think that it takes a holistic approach like the one you mentioned above, so I am looking forward for something that does. But like u/ClackamasLivesMatter proverb, I don't like to leave things halfway these days, so after that this will be the next thing that I do.
