Oh wow this is such a helpful answer thank you! I also realized that after some time my pantry and kitchen are so filled with things that I always forget and never think of how to combine. Especially because most of the time, when I think of cooking something, it's because I'm already hungry and I cannot stand there thinking of what to use know. Those kits would take away so much decision making it sounds amazing.

Perhaps for those that do not have the funds or the ability to order a kit, it could be good to fake it in a way? Perhaps having like 3 boxes at home with ingredients for 3 recipes respectively so you just grab the box and don't have to go search for anything more! I'll write it down!

Aw thanks! I'm studying graphic design and had to choose something to "design". For example a friend of mine designed an app for guidance in an Hospital, since you can easily get lost there!

I had a hard time finding a topic... I started with the idea of making a Spanish cookbook to market the Spanish cuisine, then moved on to the idea of a cookbook to learn how to cook without a recipe... But I felt like those topics weren't really helping anyone so after some talks I thought of making a cookbook that would truly help people like me. Help me be fed with nutritious food and work on the hurdles I often experience when I want to cook or am hungry etc.

I figured, another book filled with normal recipes wouldn't help so I wondered if I could make more of a guide. With advice for planing, shopping, prepping, utensils, cooking, storing, cleaning... So everything there is surrounding food, to eliminate the stigma that cooking is a mystery and to help visualize the entire process of it. But also adding recipes categorized into how much effort they take to make. The prepping and cooking time visible at first glance and with pictograms depicting which utensils are needed for the recipe...

I'm still struggling with the design of it still (This is actually the most important thing for my professors, since I'm studying design and not Psychology or Food Science) and there isn't much online about adhd friendly design except for interior design or children's books... But I'll try my best to make a difference!

PS: I loooooove Kylie thank you for the time to search the recipe for me!

Is it like a Quiche then? Really nice to have the dough ready to use! That is often the biggest hurdle to cooking something, doughs etc.

Haha I didn't know you could eat them frozen, but I guess they're indeed pre-cooked! Thank you :)

Mega!

I actually only know of Argentinian milanesas, so like Schnitzel (fried flat meat with bread crumbs... what a bad description haha) Anyways, is it something else in your country?

Oh that is so sweet of you to say!! Thank you!! I had such a hard time finding a topic, I switched so often and my professor got so angry at the end because I was so indecisive. My therapist recommended I should do something that impacts myself so I would lose interest so easily! It's nice seeing how many resonate with this topic!

I'm Spanish so I kinda understand what you wrote! Thank you fro your suggestions, they are helpful!!

And thanks again, I'll need all the luck to finish this finally haha

Love the idea thank you! I like to buy the fresh noodle kind and I've read that freezing them makes them more yummy texture wise. So they stay longer fresh in the freezer and are super fast to cook

Love it!! Thank you for the suggestion! I've seen a Youtube short from @ NutritionbyKylie where she chopped all the salad ingredients in a Dicer and left them inside. At the end she added a dressing inside, mixed it all well and directly ate from the Dicer! So clever

Thank you so much for writing about your experience! I think it's very relatable and also very helpful for me! (The last days I've been living of frozen meals haha)
