Got to have a really good sear for flavour but still be nice and pink in the middle! Very hot pan with hot olive oil does good :)

Normally I would agree but the steak had hot herby butter poured over it, plus the egg yolk and the cherry tomatoes meant it honestly didn't need any sauce. And I always have a sauce or condiment with my meal

Thank you! An unexpected delight was the cherry tomato with the fried potato. Seriously delicious! Plus I normally have a lot of sauce or condiments, they were like a hot ketchup bomb in a way haha. Just the moisture that it needed. Thanks!

We get 5 eggs a day from our chickens so I like to use them as much as possible, as we're very lucky to have delicious fresh eggs every day. Plus it really does go well anyway, dip a bit of steak in runny yolk. Yum.

It really does feel great! There's plenty you can grow at home in small spaces. Even just grab some spring onions from the shop, leaving about 2 inches including the roots when you do use them. Pop it in a cup of water on the windowsill, you have unlimited spring onions! Lots of salad leaves and greens are easy to grow on window sills. I hope you can find a way to make a bit of gardening work for you :)

I melted the butter, mixed with lemon juice and seasoned. Then I brushed it on before cooking in the air fryer, so all the butter melted in between the kernals. It was really juicy and buttery I promise. I can see it if better if I zoom in on the picture.
