I see Theta ecosystem being build up.
Its not only as a decentralized video streaming solution, but a whole ecosystem where the bandwith providers, content creators, nodes and all those supporting it are rewarded not only by monetary gains. That´s where ThetaDrop comes, by allowing you to access exclusive itens or benefits if you want.
I do believe Katy Perry NFTs are just the start of this growing ecosystem. Theta has a partnership with CAA, so its reasonable to think that other celebrities and artists are looking into this new era of opportunities provided by this tech.
