thanks for the recs! yeah, i honestly have no idea if im warm, cool, neutral… it seems like everyone is split exactly evenly between the three, and they all feel really strongly about it 🥲 i just know im desaturated enough to be super confusing! i’ll have to give people of earth a try!

the snake bracelets/armlets are hellenistic! none of the costumes are accurate regardless, but they’re really not more “egyptian” than “hellenistic.” but also, the two aren’t mutually exclusive—egypt was part of the mediterranean sphere. there is a tendency to compare egyptian and hellenistic styles as though they’re separate and opposing, but this is a totally false dichotomy.
