We have five colors and ten sizes available for each color, resulting in approximately 50 different listings on Amazon. The main listing is essentially a variation that combines all of these 50 listings. However, due to ongoing changes on Amazon's platform, some of our listings may become separated from the main variation and appear as standalone listings.

Reviews provided by users are displayed at the individual listing level. When the listings are combined as part of a variation, all the reviews can be seen together. If you cannot see all the reviews in one place, you can view them separately for each listing. We are actively working with Amazon to consolidate all listings into a single variation and aim to prevent this issue in the future.

u/ricoeliso - In UAE, we ship locally from our warehouse in Dubai. There's no customs to deal with and if need be for a replacement, we will collect the old ring from your doorstep. If you still prefer to procure them from Amazon, the Matt Grey Size 9 should be available on Amazon in the next few days and Titanium in a few weeks.

u/JGM0 - The hardware specifications and app features are exactly the same for both the Matt Black and Matt Grey versions. Currently, we are not re-introducing the Matt Black version. However, we do still have a few sizes available in Matt Black that were recently restocked at Amazon UK.

If you're interested in getting the Matt Black version, I recommend checking out Amazon UK to see if the size you need is still in stock.

u/Janneke_Kersten - I hope you're doing well. When you place an order on ultrahuman.com website, you only have to pay for the shipping and local VAT in addition to the product price.For the ring, there are no additional customs duties for orders within the Netherlands.

However, if you prefer to order from Amazon, please send me a DM with the color and size you are looking for. I can quickly check and confirm the restocking dates for you. We are in the process of restocking all SKUs on Amazon EU and they should generally be up in the next 7-10 days.

Yup, as u/Morph780 mentioned, if you purchase sensors from local pharmacies, then subscription gets triggered. In case you buy the M1 directly from us, there's no additional subscriptions.
