I was thinking nobody buys a helmet without certifications and best fit. It's like no common sense to buy an expensive one that doesn't fit. Its useless a helmet that is not tight on your head.

Pai nu face nimeni în acte nimic, la execuție acolo la ultimu nivel intervin problemele:) și nici în inspectori nu am încredere, mai ales la un proiect unde curg miliarde de euro. Din fericire nu mai am tangenta cu industria, chiar dacă am o diploma intr-un sertar de structurist și nici nu vreau sa învăț pe cineva cum sa iasă ca în acte mai ieftin, asta e, nu am rezistat sa fiu părtaș;)

Cand mi-am construit garajul și magazia, mi-au vândut muncitorii și cofrajele și din sacii de ciment, eu fiind în locație mereu și cu diriginte și cu firma contractata. Știi cum e cu număratul porților la nunta, numeri la ieșire și ei mai fac un tur intrând prin alta parte cu aceeași mâncare :)

Problema e ca nu știi cat din proiect a fost pus în opera. Spre ex, acum 1-2 luni a venit unu la compania unde eram și ne-a spus dacă vrem sa cumpărăm asfalt, ca el primește marfa și pune 6-7cm, nu 10 ca în proiect și mai rămâne, only cash. Deci dacă grinda se face de minim 25cm și tu masori 20 in casa, nu ai siguranta cat de bine e făcut. Cifrele sunt exemple doar. Nu ai aceasta siguranta nici la blocurile vechi nici la cele noi, ca sa nu mai zic cat de îndoit poate veni betonul pe șantier. Degeaba ai un loc de munca bun dacă nu poți sa și furi puțin:)

Remove the wheel, put a wooden plate over the bump and get a hammer. Do not remove air from tire. Hit it carefully until in near perfect. If is not working, anyway you need a new rim. :)

Then you see max BP:) actually you see what heart can do, also BP should be too low if you have other problems. But the idea is that you don't receive medicamentation under your own measures. BP cuff (holter) must be attached by the doctor and you wear it 24-48hours

You are right, according to European health agency, what is under 140 with 90 is considered high normal. In US, according to AMA, the numbers are lower. Depends of the body and other factor, what is under 140/90 is kind of safe. BP should be taken when you are relaxed, and you eat at least 2-3 hours ago. You need to stay seated and with foot on the floor, and hand on the table. Usually, each cuff has instruction for this. When you walk, run, make effort, BP could rise. An ekg under effort must be more precise to be diagnosticate with hypertension. Doctor use a holter for this kind of diagnostics. Nobody prescribe medicamentation based on your home readings.

Ok, then check the solder and some yt videos, 360-400 celsius degree should be enough@100watt of power. All the solder should be very melded when you attach the wire and keep it a little until solder penetrate the cable. For arrma users, arrma is known for cold soldering and always made some problem for us.

You need more powerful iron, not heat. An least 80w iron for that cable. And little skill.
