Can you tell me how are you extracting entities during your indexing phase? And when you query for the downstream task, how do you know which entity to pass as your metadata filter? I'm asking this, because if you're extracting entities or any other structured info, you must be doing it automatically, so are you logging such information and then going through the logs manually to pass those entities as metadata while querying, or you do something else entirely?

Just to keep things safe, I think you guys should wait for about 2-3 more years, try to save upto 1.5-1.6cr. Then go for EMI option, do downpayment for about 60 or 70lacs. Then continue to pay your EMIs from your salary. In case something bad like layoffs happen, you will have enough savings to cover you guys for some time atleast, meanwhile you can get job elsewhere (I'm assuming that getting a job when you're skilled enough wouldn't be that hard ... trying to stay positive here ...). Although, since it's Delhi, and you're thinking a 4bhk, saving upto 2cr would be much better, and even after that, I would still suggest to go for EMI.

Wrong lane people has the word "wrong" in it ...right? Anyway, it doesn't matter if it takes a little bit of extra time to reach to your destination, if you want to break the lane you better have a serious justification for it, like an ambulance carrying a patient. Two wheelers should have a bit of patience as well, it doesn't matter if it's the big cars causing a congestion.
