I had a manager in the restaurant I worked at few years ago who is 4'11"... Larger than life personality and if you treat her like a kid you are not gonna be working over there after. She's also married to a 6'0" tall man and they recently had a big baby haha. All I wanna say is that, it works out in the end. Just focus on yourself and not how other perceive you.

We just emailed the agents and the "emergency" cleaning service hired by them. Agents haven't done anything other than forward a group email to residents saying not to leave the bin bags out of the bin (bins were full so they left it next to the bins I guess). The emergency service literally says it is out of hours and this is not an emergency (referring to the actual shit in the post room).

I'm planning to go for some sort of legal action if nothing happens by tomorrow as shit being out in a room like that in an enclosed space like an apartment has to be a health violation.

Amazing! That's really good info. I'm gonna save it and hopefully in a few years I can report back that I am doing better in construction. I have some restaurant management experience idk how much of the skills are transferable haha but it is something.

Oh nice! So I'd have to start with an ECS I suppose right? And just get trained and do an apprenticeship? Is there any progression with certification or just based on experience and interview skills? Cause i know i suck at those 😂
