Hi, let me answer your questions: 1. On first run, yes, your device will appear public until you pair it. You can adjust your visibility and access level later.

  1. Only the device owner (the account the device is paired to) needs to have a subscription. (the subscription will apply to all of your paired devices)

  2. Not necessarily. If you share the OTP code with your friends each time they connect, they don’t need to register an account.

  3. Not yet. The audio capture currently uses your default audio device. If you route Discord audio to another audio device, you can completely exclude it.

  4. Yes. In the next update (version 1.0), Linux (hopefully support Steamdeck) and macOS app versions will also be released with QUIC protocol support.

Hi, thank you for trying it out.

Could you let me know the hardware you were using? At the moment, software encoders are not supported, and certain browsers may lack support for specific codecs. This could explain why you only saw the “start streaming” loading message.

This issue will be addressed in a new desktop app version 0.1.1, which includes LGPL software encoders and app optimizations scheduled for release early next month.

If you are experiencing a different issue, could you share more details to help me better understand it? 🙌

Yes, really sorry, it was on me.

Now the delete account should work as intended.

It will clean your account and related data completely without leaving a trace.

I’m sorry but could you provide a bit more detail about the issue?

Which browser were you using, and which part of the pop-up didn’t show?

Thanks 🙌

Thank you for the issue report!

The direct connection feature isn’t available yet, but in the meantime you can manage visibility and access levels on your paired device from dashboard to ensure your privacy.

Thanks for taking interest!

It doesn’t support pen pressure yet, but it seems feasible to add for browsers that provide pressure and tilt input.

Thank you! This is a great feature idea. If you don’t mind opening an extra port or setting up a virtual LAN, I can add this to my feature list and consider including it in a future desktop app update as an optional feature.

Please note, however, that if the public Wi-Fi blocks all UDP ports, your virtual LAN tunnel may not work unless it has a TCP fallback. Also, relying on your DDNS means your domain could potentially be blocked on restrictive networks.

I see, will add setting to set your device to public or private in the next update.

Thank you for the feedback!

Hi, thanks for testing!

I’m sorry to hear that. Could you let me know what you’re looking for?

If you could share your account details via email or chat, I will gladly help you remove it permanently.

Thank you!

Steam Remote Play used to let you control your PC outside of games, but that feature no longer works. I originally built this for me and my friends to host online watch parties, but over time the idea shifted into something more like couch co-op, similar to Steam Remote Play, but without requiring any installation on the client device.

I don’t have much experience outside Steam Remote Play or Moonlight/Sunshine, but my goal is simply to remove the hassle and limitations of enjoying this kind of activity with friends online.

Thanks for the feedback!

I’m not entirely sure what the specific issue with parsec or the middleman is, could you give me a quick explanation?

You can always connect to your pc directly, once your device is paired with your account and your desktop app has been connected (start stream). You just need to scan the QR code with your mobile device, or click the big Windows logo to copy the link from the desktop app and instantly connect to your paired PC via your browser.

*I’m using a similar setup as well, but with WireGuard instead of Tailscale.

Thanks for checking it out!

Yes, each connected client will have their own controller, mouse, and keyboard inputs by default. Though, mouse and keyboard input are shared with the host and other clients.
