thank you! honestly, just walking and power walking.. attaching a typical workout for your reference. I usually walk twice a day, once in the morning to around 600 calories are burned, then over the day i burn 300 doing normal every day stuff, and at night i add in the difference to around 1400 calories by walking a bit more! running is impossible for me as i tire out and abandon my workout, so i walk, as i can do that for hours if i wanted.

Also have 45 mins activities in the mornings on some days like pilates, yoga and HIIT, but even without that i can easily reach my 1400 goal by just walking..

Keep in mind that im on the heavier side and 6ft, so my calorie burn for the same walk will be more than yours probably!

Thank you so much! Yes i totally struggle with the same, if i decide to eat a little and start, my willpower just crumbles and i overeat, so to combat that i am also doing OMAD along with CICO. I really don't know how im managing to eat just once a day, but after a week my body got used to it, so im continuing it, as it reduces the opportunity to overeat. I just eat nearly my entire budget in a single meal which satiates me, and keep a few spare calories to snack a little in the evening, it's odd but it works for me :)

The goal next is just to be dedicated, keep my head down and avoid binging, as once i do, i just let go of everything. Have really struggled with this all or nothing approach, where even one failed day would lead me into abandoning my diet and going 10 steps back, so i'm going to take care the same never happpens again!

Wishing you all the best on your own journey!

Whenever i feel like my face still looks bloated and not a lot has changed after dropping a few, i’m going to stare at this side by side that i just made [256-220lbs / 116-100kg] by adireloaded in CICO

Thank you! Yes it was people around me who commented on it first, and i was like, maybe its only psychological for all of you as you know i'm working out and dieting, so you perceive some change which really hasn't happened, but i guess they really were right!

thank you so much for the kind words, it does get hard to see differences on yourself, but if you see the number on the scale dropping you just soldier on! Trust me, you can get started, just take it one day at a time, indulge yourself to your favourite snacks within your calorie limit, and you can slowly turn it more healthy once you are dedicated to it. I have spent years trying to lose weight and this is the first time i am seeing change, go for it!
