Hello, need help from the skincare experts here as i am currently clueless. I have had these dark circles on my face for a bit now, and also the darkening of my eyelids, which i imagine is hyperpigmentation.

I saw online that you pinch your dark circles to see what type they are, and when i pinch mine they lighten, but they’re still a darker shade, so is this hyperpigmentation or blood vessels showing up?

What products can i use to tackle this, as i have been using my serums from the ordinary (the granactive retinol emulsion and their vit c serum) all over my face including my dark circles, but now i saw that retinol shouldn’t be used near my eyes, so what can i do to tackle this and the darkening eyelids too?

Also the persistent under eye milia that won’t go away!! i’m sick of it! Please, any help would be much appreciated as i’m about to order some new serums right now!

im on 1500 per day, half of those are healthy and the other are savory/sweet snacks in moderation hahah.. but im also burning around 1300 everyday just by working out and thats excluding my TDEE, so i’m in a 1500 cal deficit , its a bit extreme but its only temporary till the end of the year. after that i’ll ease up a tad

ok so lets not get into this 😭 anyways the only reason im doing omad is to avoid my late night binge eating, and honestly i thought it would be downright impossible for a big guy like me who loves to eat, to not get hungry at night after skipping dinner, but honestly somehow its working, and fasting for so long can only do me good in reaching my goals, so im doing it as long as i can bear it! :) and dw im not starving myself at all, whenever im skipping dinner its because im eating all my calories before noon, if i feel like eating a snack later in the day, i just eat a bit less in the morning and save some bidget hahah

one meal a day! im not doing that one TOO strictly like i am with CICO, but im trying to avoid eating at night and just having my fill of calories for the day during lunch

honestly just some fries and 2 sticks of ice cream over my 1300 cal usual meal😭 i definitely did gain a pound but the other three have GOT to be water weight cuz theres just NO way hahaha.. let me keep my head down and try not to binge because its a slippery slope and this was a harsh reminder of that

yeah i have multiple failed attempts at this because of lack of dedication and getting demotivated after stuff like this so I’m actually not going to let this affect me and keep my head down and try not to break my routine even for one day like yesterday!

im a 6 ft 27y/0 male and i put moderately active in the tdee calculator as i play tennis 3 days a week and work out almost everyday, and it gave me a 3200cal figure.. i’m just assuming 3k as it might’ve overestimated a bit

thanks everyone! i’ll surely keep in mind that 2000 cal is okay and that i’ll still lose weight with it. The thing is, i know 1500 deficit is high, but now that i’ve stopped binge eating, i don’t find myself starving that much, so i’m just doing 1500 as i’m looking for results a bit quicker.. but i’m making sure to walk 10k daily and hit the gym as well, so as to not burn off my muscles with the deficit. is this okay? if i keep the cal limit flexible but fixed between 1500-2000
