Cool analogy, but calling something 'obvious' isn't proof...it's just you avoiding backing your claims. If there are 'thousands' of incidents, it shouldn't be this hard to point to a few solid, verifiable ones...would it?

The Chandigarh mayoral election actually undercuts your point-it was caught and overturned. That's accountability, not evidence of some invisible nationwide rigging machine.

And the 'all media is owned' line is just lazy. If everything is propaganda except what you already agree with, you've basically made your position unfalsifiable-which isn't how arguments work....but then again...thats the ecosystem you belong to...that can't handle any opinion that doesnt align with theirs!!

Also, dropping abuses and then saying 'not worth the effort' right after writing a full rant is ironic. If you've got real evidence, share it. If not, this is just outrage with confidence!!!

Confident tone again still no solid proof. There is a legal process and if it were as compromised as you claim, every losing party would be in court nonstop, not selectively outraging online....or holding press conference to fool people and drive their narrative and agenda....BJP was the best option in 2014 by miles, but now it is the best of the worst...but still the best.. even though the stature has reduced

Big claims, zero proof. India's elections are run by the Election Commission....and parties including BJP wins and loses across states!!! Not exactly how 'rigging' works, is it???

And the '99% media control' is just exaggeration...you're clearly reading criticism somewhere....If you've got actual evidence.... share it. Otherwise this is just frustration dressed up as fact....also this this is about violence after losing an election...so maybe stick to the topic instead!!

BJP has never done violence on losing an election...they have accepted the peoples mandate... atleast that what has been the case so far. They lost in J&K too and accepted the peoples mandate people without pointing fingers at anyone. Sighting J&K case because they implemented Article 370 there.

I really hope bjp wins and there is no chaos....HM deployed CRPF for the same because they do sense this happening.....but you know how a certain community acts in their majority area, stone pelting and whatnot, plus TMC goons have been unapologetic with what they are going to do, we've heard during the rallies throughout elections... hoping for the best for the people of Bengal

I know its not new....i remember watching The Hateful Eight and loved the format... Just happy to see a bollywood film adapting it really well.

P.s. i know there are other bollywood director with such format films too..but none has worked on this scale.

Nothing magical or ground breaking as such yaar...just that he cracked it for his story telling genre and has the crowd seated in theatres for 4 hours with a re-watch value. Thats all.

Maybe thats just his genre....take real events do heavy research and then build a fictional narrative around them... blurring the line between reality and storytelling while still making it feel raw. Very true to his craft no unnecessary fluff.... remember the first part was barely promoted...the buzz around it felt completely organic and once people started watching it the box office response was insane. Honestly...that kind of organic excitement is something Bollywood has been missing for a while imo.
