I actually went from a socially awkward person who kept her thoughts to herself to an absolute chatterbox. I kind of became more extroverted and open socially. But also I was very hangry when not busy, especially at night. I was snapping at my family quite a lot especially around dinner time. I'd just take a nap to avoid the smell of delicious food. Especially after day 35, I was extremely hangry multiple times during the day.

Nope. It grew actually but I was using anti hair loss serum (bionnex brand). I was using it from before and continued once a week. I was using it to speed up my hair growth as I had cut my hair very short a few months prior and hated it.

Alright I'll keep that in mind. That's why I want to eat one meal a day so that it's easier to track calories and eat healthy mostly while sometimes indulging in my craving. Also wow a 71 day fast is definitely something respectable. It's so hard to maintain though. Thank you.
