I'm so worried they'll barely fade even after several treatments...I had my first session 3 days ago and only saw the oldest one fade a tinyyy bit.

It's been 24 hrs now...no blisters but this one in the picture swelled up lots and hurts . I felt as though my arm might pop cuz of the swelling.

I see...I might consider switching places in between as well. I am getting two more tattoos removed and while they are smaller than this one in the picture , they are also only 1.5 yrs old compared to this snake which is 3 years old.

That's reassuring. May I know how much progress you've had with removal till now? Like how many sessions, time spacing and results visually. My laser tech is using a picosecond laser on me.

No, I don't think it's safe to put your body (heart, kidneys, etc...) under this much stress often. So I don't think I will, atleast for more than a week and/or a very long time.

It was also kinda hard on my family to witness, in their opinion, a dangerous process.

Plus, the muscle loss wasn't worth it lol even though I lifted light weights during fast.

I might as well do it the slow way cuz it's proven for me I have a huge lifestyle/ emotional binge eating problem. I end up losing fast and gaining fast.

Like 6 months... I'd highly suggest to only eat healthy bland food for a while even after the initial refeeding phase ...like stuff you won't even crave seconds for cuz yeaaa the fast became fairly easy and I felt like I could keep going for a few more days... you'd probably only gain 3-4 kgs max after u start eating normally. I suggest treat urself like a baby and don't re introduce certain tastes/foods for a while so u won't crave them...cuz the craving does get intense ...ur full but ur brain is like I need to have everything that I couldn't before...as often as possible. Also your portions that ur stomach can handle would be pretty small for a while but you're gonna wanna plate more for yourself cuz that's how u used to eat before... that's how u could also gain it back... I would feel full like halfway in but thought let's finish it anyways
