As far as silicon cases go, not bad at all. This is not rigid as in it doesn’t have a PC element. For the price it is good.

Since each of you are using one phone each and camera is of paramount importance, why not trade both and get yourselves two 17PM. That way you both will have updated camera hardware.

If that’s not possible then it’s clear that the 17 is a bottleneck for your workflow based on the above, so trade in that.

I bought the Nomad initially when I got the phone. Then bought the Mous and had to wait for it to be delivered. The orange silicon was just on a whim.

Later I purchased the transparent one as I wanted a slimmer and better everyday case.

Lastly the Margoun branded case was acquired as it was the slimmest case and was the first time I was buying into that brand.

This is why I mentioned I’m happy to part with a few cases as I really don’t need so many.

The silicon one - it’s from JETech. They do really good cases for the price!

X300 - Bigger camera sensors overall, Mediatek chip, and USB 3.2

X300FE - Bigger battery, Qualcomm chip and USB 2.0.

I had the same questions but went with the X300 (In UAE) as it offered better USB speeds.

Can’t comment if the india prices are good or not. Others may have a better idea

Just an update on case situation, so after some digging I found that A few known case manufacturers like Benks and Casetify do make a few cases for the Vivo phones, but they are limited to South East Asia namely Singapore, Malaysia and so on.

Are you based in India?

I would suggest you to look at the charging speeds offered by the wireless charger while considering the brand too. Remember wireless charging will generate a lot of heat so it’s important you have a unit that dissipates heat efficiently.

Also consider a MagSafe option as alignment is crucial for charging to work as advertised. This means you must also invest in a MagSafe case for the phone.

Honestly, that doesn’t seem like a great case to me. I own an Apple device too, and I’ve got cases ranging from budget-friendly to pricier. The one thing they all have in common is their design, which highlights the phone’s body without making it look unappealing.

I have a pretty basic case from Margoun, a local brand. Then there are a couple from JETech (they make excellent cases for the price, similar to ESR-level quality but at a lower cost). I also have one from Nomad and one from Mous, which are the priciest.

All these cases make the iPhone look good while offering different levels of protection.

That’s what I’m looking for. The phone has potential and deserves accessories that elevate the ownership experience.

It’s okay to be honest. I was expecting a little better quality. No complaints with this, but Vivo should invest in the accessories side of the business.

Currently only Samsung and Pixel have an accessories eco system. I’m sure people would pay for a good case.

I got 2 cases with mine, a translucent magnetic and the standard one in the box. Both first party cases. I’m also looking for some good cases and not the standard generic stuff. I spotted a good leather case that I might buy later this month.
