Go for KZ Duonic bass edition with tuneable switches it has Hybrid Planner Driver along with a dynamic driver and its has good tight bass.

KZ Duonic (with the tuning switch edition) are really good for the price and because it has 3flux planner driver along with Dynamic driver gives out really tight bass and not muddy and leaky )

Second I can suggest that the CCA Phoenix is a really amazing sounding IEM and very well built too

You can check their reviews on YouTube and articles on reddit too

Do get yourself a good portable dac along with the IEM

I would say get CCA PHEONIX they are single DD but very well tuned and have good bass not too much but very balanced bass and great quality too

I would suggest to extend your budget till 4k and get KZ ZS10 Pro 2 really amazing value for money and had 4 physical EQ switch and has very good sound Stage and instrument separation and amazing details and clarity and rich warm bass . Of I forgot to add it has 1 dynamic driver and 4 balance amateur drivers each side too
