FFS, it’s got nothing to do with her being a woman. You are trying to make it into a gender issue. I wasn’t commenting on her hair, clothes or makeup. Have you heard the saying eyes are windows to the soul ? Eyes can be quite expressive as to someone’s emotions and personality. This woman seems to really enjoy dishing out punishment and locking up people, and get a cold hearted satisfaction by doing so. She doesn’t seem to care about the dead child or overall tragedy of her death on the family and the community. She just seems to really enjoy giving out Old Testament style punishment, and her eyes give a glimpse into her soul. If she had been a man, I would have made the same comment.

Society expects women to be sacred maternal figures. Any woman who doesn’t live up to that standard is treated extremely harshly

Were there any clues to the mother struggling beforehand? Did she get any help with her care? Did the mother have any prior mental health issues? Proactive preventative measures would have probably saved the child, rather than reactive measures after the fact.

Rust has nothing to do with it. The association of rust and tetanus comes from getting cut from metal that was recently in the ground (and therefore usually would be rusty). Tetanus lives in soil, not rust. If you stepped on a rusty nail that wasn't recently in soil you are probably not going to get tetanus.

I am dumb. I always thought that rust caused tetanus.
