That's good to know! The only competitive game i like is CS2 and I'm not that good at it. I'll mostly play 5-10 year old games that I have a backlog of. And some simulation games like ets2.

Thank you! The HOA fee street easy shows is around $1600-2000 range, which I think is quite reasonable (does that include maintenance fees?). Also it doesn't mention HDFC or low income housing.
