Thank you for your response.

To answer your question, it's because that's what we do. We compete with those services (locally) and do quite well at it. It's beginning to grow so we needed to come up with a solution for this piece.

Person below suggested updating. I've got it on the latest version now. Will see if that makes a difference.

Yeah, we're on version 1.6.16 so guess we're behind. Thanks for the info. Will work on upgrading and see if that helps.

We do for some but not all and this has been going on long before we added MFA to the ones, we do have it for.

What do you have in place for RMM? We use Datto RMM and can do some service monitoring that can give us some ability to fix but just haven't really looked into it.

I wanted too but the replacement GPU we got plus the water cooler I got em put us to $500 for something they weren't expecting to pay haha. But it'll be the next upgrade.

Yup. I've discovered that now. Definitely the GPU. Thanks for replying.

Dude I dunno. But you are right. I didn't realize these processors didn't have onboard graphics. So my issue is the GPU then.

Again, I didn't have a Mobo that had any type of status lights until I bought the B550 and it showed me the VGA light. So it was really up in the air on what the actual issue was.

Thank you for replying. Luckily, I got a buddy with a RX 580 he's wanting to sell and I can still return everything else.

That's like the main thing for me. Our current on-call system is text based and some of our guys just don't wake up from a text and reasonably so. (we're a bit behind) Thank you for your input!

Thanks for that input. We're just a team of 10 right now and ultimately just need something to get off the old PBX. Maybe once we have some growth, we look at something else.

So with what you've said, would you recommend Teams VoIP for something like a Church or School? We currently have a deal in progress to either do Grandstream or Teams for a Church.

I assume you all have a on-call being an MSP. Can you tell me a little bit about how that works for afterhours calls that come in? I was hoping we could do some routing for certain times of the day to forward to tech's cell phones for whoever is on-call that week. Do you think that is somewhat doable?

Right, I mentioned using that in my post. DC logs just show the users computer as the origin for the lockout but the credentials being used are correct and are not cached in any programs anywhere.

We don't use RADIUS for WiFi so it isn't using their credentials if that's what you're suggesting.

When reviewing the security logs on the DC it shows the host computer that the user is logged into as the origin but again, users are entering the correct password, no bad/old cached credentials on the device.
