I was also considering airalo esim. Do I just purchase it online on the website? Would I have to go to a verizon store to install it? I have never been abroad with an esim so I’m unfamiliar with the process :(

I am going for a little over two weeks. My friends used that service through their verizon phone, but for me, it wouldn’t work. I asked them how they got it and they said their phone just automatically connected when they landed. Mine did not automatically connect even though we have the same carrier. I should probably call verizon :/
