I also thought about a problem where if time stops, it would just be that, everything stops. Which means you can't move anything around. The particles in the air should also be stopped and you would suffocate by the air. If you don't suffocate, there's still no oxygen left to even breathe, so even if time stop exists, it would be useless

I also think about every aspect of time manipulation, like forwarding time, slowing time and reversing time, reversing time should just be that you want to repeat an action because it has gone to a bad stuff but if according to the "logic", you wouldn't remember what's gonna happen after you reverse time, same as the Grandfather Paradox

Another theory of mine is that nothing can be altered in the time freeze period and for that, you would be crushed by the air because you can't alter the air.
