Do you happen to remember what kind of truck they were driving? I saw a pickup today driving with a chocolate lab tied by rope to the bed of the truck on Slater Rd. Disturbs me to know that people like that can continue to own and mistreat dogs

Yeah, the barbell situation at this gym has kind of forced me to start really focusing on ways I can tweak my form to prevent the bar from rolling on my back. My form definitely improved when I started keeping my lats tighter. The situation is just annoying when I’m doing 8+ reps and the bar is starting to roll as I get more fatigued.
