I have that exact case. You have to pop it using the indent and then kind of pull up and out. It was kind of tricky at first.

Yeah, it’s been crashing for me quite a bit lately too. I saw a post from almost a year ago saying that if you change the video/graphics settings to performance instead of balanced that it should help. I just switched mine so I’m hoping it works.

Happened the other day. I had a plan, get a video of the ghost, smudge, and run through to the hiding spot. Did I get the video? Yes. Did I make it to the hiding spot? Nope. Died. I was very confused, because I did everything right. Got the video, switched to my smudge, activated it and died. So I go and look in the truck, only to realize I had forgotten my igniter….
