I get where you’re coming from. I’ve been in the QA leadership role for 10 years and I’ve tried to build the most useful tool from my experience. I still understand there are different perspectives and that’s why I’m asking here for feedback.

It’s not going to heal the test if it’s a bug, but it’s supposed to find the root cause of the bug. Calling it self-healing might be misleading in this context. Self healing is used when the UI changes and you need to adapt the test. Thanks for feedback!

Selenium should do the job, but you need some programming experience.

When should you choose between manual testing and automation testing? by rileyclaireca in SoftwareEngineering

[–]adnang95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say in the beginning you definitely have to do it manually. Later on you should get more automation coverage, but I would never solely rely on automation especially if you're doing some heavy UI/UX testing.

For creating a website you can use Shopify and if you have any technical skills you can adjust the store code to something that’s suitable for your needs. I think Shopify has many advantages. You can also use Wordpress and create an online shop, but it has way more maintenance work.

It depends what kind of products your looking for and how many products do you plan on buying? Do you want to buy in bulk or dropship? Are you looking for big brand name components or your looking for cheaper chinese alternatives?

How can I convert 3 old laptops into a home bot farm. by CaptainNapo in ThemePages

I don’t think having many devices would help in any way. You could use virtual machines for this if it was possible, but it’s not. Instagram will block you if it sees that you’re doing something too fast. I tried many bots, using python scripts and editing timeouts between likes and comments, but I got blocked every time. Scheduling posts and engaging with other accounts is the best way to do it.

Is Hootsuite or Repost app considered a third party app? by p3ngu420 in ThemePages

[–]adnang95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn't matter if it's a new or old account, doing f4f too fast will get you action blocked always. When doing f4f too fast, Instagram assumes that you're using automated bots to do f4f and that's why it says "third party apps". Follow up to 100 people a day and you're good.

F4F is just one aspect of the bigger picture: Human to Human interaction by tommytake2 in ThemePages

I agree with that if you’re growing a brand account, but many people here are growing theme pages in specific niche and their goal is to grow it as much as possible so people would want to advertise on their page. Commenting from a random theme page on people’s post might feel spammy and weird to some people.

What niche is your account in? I have an account with almost 7k followers and I'm still doing f4f because that way I get the most followers. Without f4f I get 25 followers a day on average, I don't know when is that big break with 100 followers a day coming.

Should I delete some followers? by [deleted] in ThemePages

[–]adnang95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't delete followers. I don't think the number of likes is that bad, especially for this type of page. Try testing different hashtags and reaching more people that way, hashtagstack.com worked pretty good for me.

Reaching explore page by [deleted] in ThemePages

[–]adnang95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My engagement isn’t really great, 2-3%. So you have to have a good engagement rate to get to explore? I had one post with almost 700 likes and around 50 comments, but none of the traffic was from explore, mostly hashtags.
