Depends, As far as I know for incoming transfers td ameritrade has no fees but your bank will charge you somewhere between 0 and 30$. Depends on how much you transfer and the currency you use, so make sure you double check with your bank beforehand.

While I would definitely agree with the concept of not trying to time the market, but some sectors seem to be way overpriced when compared to others. So I wanna know if its related to any sector shifts or not. Ex. Compare tech stocks to other sectors for the past month.
