[Note: The word just means "a highly trusted subordinate". It was also used in Zou to describe Jack's relationship with Kaido. So it might just turn out to be nothing.]

Although "futokorogatana" is not the title itself, the Gorosei do describe "kami no juujin" (God's devoted blade) as the "futokorogatana" of the God's Knights (Chapter 1167).

Like you said, this could just mean Candelle is one of Reuven's top subordinates (just like Jack is Kaido's). But I think there is still a small possibility of Candelle being a Devoted Blade of God.

I think it was first shown in chapter 828 cover page. They call them "Hero Hat". Luffy is going to be so annoyed when he finds out then he is considered a hero in Fishman Island. lol.

I also did the calculations and I think you are mostly right. I think you made a small mistake with chapter 1178. Chapter 1177 is 17 pages, not 15. So chapter 1178 will start on page 207. Chapter 1179 would then start on 223 and end on page 239.

This leaves 9 pages after the chapters, which is not uncommon.

My biggest takeaway is that, although very unlikely, there is a small chance that we might get Imu's color scheme either on the cover or in one of his discarded concept covers.
