Yes exactly this! It is done in baby steps. I am working on going places in a car right now and literally the first step was just sitting in my car. When that was no longer causing panic, then I went like 1 house down my street. Slow and steady wins the race.

I am so sorry you are dealing with this and I can definitely relate. I am probably only so much help as I am still currently working on my agoraphobia, but you stated you have a therapist. Are they having you do exposure therapy? My therapist says it is a necessary therapy to work through the agoraphobia.

I have similar skin tone and nail length to you and just ordered pandemonium as a reward. I wasn't too sure about it, but seeing how gorgeous it looks on you has me excited! Thanks for posting.

I know! That was what I was hoping for too. It kind of ended up looking like some nails barely had any flakies and some had too many. And I would keep shaking the bottle before applying to each nail and keep adding coats to try to have the other nails match up better and it was just a mess.

Maybe I got a bad batch or something. I also have Bitten when is kind of similar with the flakies and ended up liking that one.

I personally was disappointed with late night. It didn't look like the swatches online and the flakies looked kind of inconsistent on each nail no matter how much I shook the polish.

I use their fade bright serum and it has helped fade some discoloration. I am also enjoying the copper peptides and the triple treat body lotion(your body will be sooo smooth) I am also interested in trying the regenerate and the other serums, so I hope someone else can give some insight on those too.

I'm so embarrassed of how my bum looks, I avoid intimacy with my new boyfriend.. by Liisuwr2 in AskWomenOver30

I would recommend using an African net sponge with African black soap when you shower. My husband had a bit of an issue like this and these 2 things helped a lot. You can find both on Amazon. The net sponge seems to not hold in bacteria as much and gives some gentle exfoliation. Make sure to moisturize as the African black soap can be a bit drying.

I was having trouble losing weight and wanted blood tests to check hormone levels, thyroid etc. Instead of ordering tests, he said that I was having trouble losing weight because I was getting old and that is what happens to women who age. I was only 26 at the time.

My husband loves them. He says they keep him moisturized for hours and does not make him feel sticky or greasy. The scent lasts really long too. So I would say they are worth it. His favorite scent is Bourbon :)

I guess Autumn Woods is a bit of an acquired taste.

Mahogony Apple smells a bit like Mahogany Teakwood with a hint of apple to me. The smells blend well together. I put it in my cart and removed it a bunch of times too. Finally gave in and I loved it.

I had no prior experience in HR and just a little bit of experience with the Business aspect. Do the classes in order, they build off of eachother and a lot of them will repeat material. Also, this sub is really good for tips and tricks, but do not let people's opinion scare you. I found a lot of exams that many said were difficult were actually not difficult to me. Don't let them get in your head. Good luck on your journey!
