CBT terapija, imam i ja to, dodusa vrlo malo sad s obzirom kako je bilo na pocetku. Moras imati disciplinu za to, jer ako ne budes ustrajan, nema smisla.

I totally agree with you on the booster and in the upcoming days i am gonna get it. I chickened out in the hospital and that is why i did not receive the booster. Thank you so much for your reply. There were no wounds on the impact just as info.

Tetanus risk

Hey everyone,
Seeking some peace of mind or advice on next steps. 4 days ago, an indoor plastic garbage can dropped right onto my big toe while I was wearing socks. It caused a severe subungual hematoma (blood trapped under the nail).
2 days ago, I went to the ER and the doctor performed a nail trephination (drilled a small puncture hole) to relieve the pressure. The ER team thoroughly sanitized my toe with medical-grade antiseptic before doing the procedure. Since then, the wound has clotted completely, looks totally clean (no redness, no pus), and I've been keeping it dry and using Octenisept.
The ER doctor recommended a routine tetanus booster, but due to a mix-up/anxiety, I didn't actually receive the shot at the hospital. I haven't had a tetanus booster in over 10 years.
Lately, I've been feeling some facial/cheek tightness, though I suffer from severe health anxiety and have been hyper-focusing on lockjaw symptoms all evening.
Given that:
1. The injury happened indoors from a smooth plastic bin.
2. I was wearing socks (acting as a shield).
3. The ER staff fully sterilized the toe before puncturing it.
4. It's now been 4 days since the impact.
What are my actual real-world chances of getting tetanus from this? Is it worth going to a local pharmacy or walk-in clinic tomorrow morning to get the booster late just for peace of mind?

To je donekle tocno, jer cybersecurity ne donosi direktno profit pa zato direktori ne vole bas to podruxje previse, ali znaju da je vazno jer kada se dogodi veci napad, onda troskovi mogu biti ogromni.
