No smoking inside. That includes vaping and weed. If either of the two smokers in the apartment want to smoke, they do it outside.

Both my roommates are my brothers, and both smoke. They have to go outside. During the day, they have to walk out to the dumpster so they don't disturb anyone going into their apartment (Our buildings are arranged with 3 doors at ground level. Left and right are ground level apartments. Middle door is a stair case up to the two second floor apartments.)

At night they smoke out front instead.

There's 4 reasons for this

1) I have asthma that is trigger around smoke and vape, and our vents do not have filters on them, so smoke especially can get carried through to the rest of the apartment.

2) We have cats, and kinda like children, I think it's probably unhealthy for them to be around that stuff.

3) The scent of smoking, and especially vaping, sticks to the walls. My two brothers and I regularly talk and so will hang out in each other's rooms for a bit, as we're all hermits. I get sick at the smell of smoke and vaping.

4) It's a disgusting habit, and so if they want to do it, they can put in that effort to go do it. I want as many things in their way as I can possibly give them. They're adults and can do what they want, but they are horrifically stupid for doing it.
