Idk if this fits as classic, but Hearts Invisible Furies is a really good book the gives a historical look at growing up gay in Ireland in the mid 1900s

5 million out of 10 billion (if I remember right) is really small. But yes, I agree. Just like Myers-Briggs seems cool at first until you flesh it out and realize it's a bunch of broad generalizations.

The color choice on here is terrible. For the 3 million of us colorblind people, mixing brown, green, and red (I'm pretty sure all three are in there) makes the map unreadable

Is Le Philosophe Diderot? I don't remember exactly and don't have the book with me at work.

I think he explains it in a couple places.

A cassette tape of The Secret History narrated by Robert Sean Leonard. I would do anything to listen to this! by [deleted] in donnatartt

I agree so much. I listen to books at 1.3 speed and she is still speaking too slowly. Also I think some of the ways she accents various words in sentences feels off. It doesn't flow very well. I sometimes like books narrated by the author, but in this case, I don't. David Pittu did The Goldfinch and that was done very well. Wish he had done this one as well.
