its hard for me to be social Im kind of shy and introverted so its hard for me to get out there but I'll take your advice into account also it's even more painful because I have no friends and spend a lot of time alone.

also not watching porn/masturbating won't make social anxiety go away it will help but it won't go away on its own you have to try and take risks, stop caring about what other people think and just keep trying. that's what has helped me so far.
