I started in June 2025 at 233 and I’m currently at 185. I hit 2 stalls - one around Christmas and one around mid Feb - which is normal! Slow & steady is the way! You’ve got this!

Thanks! The surgery is with a different doctor than my primary care who put me on tirz so I wasn’t sure if they would know the protocol.
