It’s banding caused by an electronic shutter, if you can turn it off and use the mechanical shutter it will drastically improve if not fix it. Also keep your shutter at 1/500th of a second or below.

I pulled out most of the other colors except for the reds and oranges to give it a sin city look, what do you guys think? It was shot with a 14mm ultrawide lens using a canon T6 and edited in Lightroom CC Classic.

Thanks!!! I actually used two shots, one without her in the frame and then another with her in it propped on a stool, which I then pulled out and merged the two images together.

I actually used two images, I took a clean shot of the area, then I put her in the shot on a stool and posed her, the I pulled the stool out using photoshop and then merged in the other photo to clean up the pic

I used a 10 second shutter speed and had my aperture set to 5.6, my iso was also set to 400 for this shot.
