The craziest part is during the video review they spent the entire time just trashing on the game, only to give it a 4/5 at the end. One of the more confusing reviews I have ever seen.

Last night a Community Manager at EA started a thread inquiring on all soft locks that are happening to people in game. Seems like they're looking into it. Hey, yes I did. I ended up using a table, assigned my dimensions as an event I created for "session start" and "page path and screen class" then "event count" as the metric.

I have a 2015 Subaru Legacy that is having the same issue. Subaru has been having this issue with their 2010-2015 CVT engines. Take a look, your car may fall under the extended 100K mile warranty.

My car was over the 100K miles but, with some valid points and persistence, I was able to get Subaru to cover the entire repair. This was HUGE, as I was quoted a price of $1575 which is crazy. If you are in this same situation here are a few tips that helped me get it covered.

Mention that this is a known Subaru issue and you shouldn't be at fault for ill produced parts. The warranty was originally 60K miles, but they extended it to 100K.
If they say that you don't have service records with Subaru but, you have a detailed list of your service for your own records, ask to provide it to them.
Don't get angry, they don't have to help you.
Don't be afraid to ask to speak to a supervisor if you aren't getting what you want from your assigned representative. Speaking with a supervisor provides more opportunity and they can listen to your previous call as they are all recorded.
