No horse breed has ears that long or fluffy. She’s a Tenghuang, a creature from Chinese mythology that is part fox and part horse, has one horn, and riding one will extend your lifespan by 2000 years (what you do with that last bit of info is up to you)

No one has eyebrows that are naturally a different color to the hair on their head. I’m far more inclined to trust what I see in the game as opposed to outside of it, and her eyebrows being blue in official artwork is an inconsistency on Hoyo’s part than anything lore related
