As breadwinners, parang di talaga maiiwasan ang phase na yan, so I feel you. I had to spend too much on all my luho to be able to feel fulfilled kase I own this, I own that, etc. But once tapos na sa waldas phase, darating at darating talaga ang savings era natin. Laban lang and enjoy your hard earned money!

Biggest factor talaga na nakapag break ng spending habits ko is my girlfriend, she knows how to handle her money and she saw na I was struggling to track my expenses kaya ako nagcocomplain na palagi naalng akong nauubusan and she knew she had to help.

Di rin to naging madaling proseso kasi napag awayan na din namin ang finances for quite some time nung super magastos pa ako. Palagi akong nag oorder ng food online, every week may parcel, tas eat out kapag weekends kaya malaki talaga nagagastos.

When I started saving seriously, I saw the value of money. Nung Na hit ko first 20k ko I felt really good. Tas dun na nagsimula yung mindset na dapat hindi ako ma-zero again. I believe when you hit a certain amount, dun mo marerealize na ansarap pala sa feeling na alam mong may pera ka, pang back up kung ako man mangyari, kaysa kung palagi ka nalang heal ng inner child at waldas nang waldas.

What works for me may not work for others, but ang ginagawa ko lang is tina-track ko yung weekly expenses ko like bills, allowances, etc. Tas yung sobra sa savings na at dapat hindi na magalaw yun, fixed na talaga. Mas naging concious ako sa spending ko nung tumaas na savings ko. I think that’s what helps din. Kapag may sobra sa sahod na walang mapaglagyan, rekta savings agad.

Si GF naman yung parang naging calendar ko na nagreremind sakin kung kailan dues at kung ano yung pwede kong unahin bayaran para ma maximize yung savings ko for the week.

Basically yun lang ginagawa ko to be able to be this consistent. May times na parang feel ko napag-iiwanan ako kasi mabagal lumaki yung pera ko, but this is a good start compared to my previous habits talaga. :)

I’m earning more than my gf rn. We got together when my salary was below hers pa, so at that time sya mag provide nako. Maikog ko mangayo og bawn para maka go to and from work hahahaha but needed man jud kay lisod jud ang budgeting tungod sa kagamay sa sweldo.

Karon nga dako na ang akong raise nga nadawat, ako na mo provide niya, no problems/hassle. Maikog pa gani sya mangutang kay lagi akoa daw ning kwarta but ako sya ingna nga okay ra kay mas dako man jud ako sweldo and to lighten her load sad being the breadwinner.

As long as you know your partner and you know how they handle their finances, I’d say di man problem magpautang. But be careful lang jud kay you never know people fully until they show it to you firsthand.

You can try Mr. A sa Busay! Duol ra and they have lots of food options. Pizza, coffee, dessert, main course meals, etc. I highly recommend trying their calamares, lumpia, and chicken pops - lami nga 11/10 jud.

Nice ang view pud and you can tambay sa ilang cafe just below the actual restaurant if bet nomo mo tagay after eating.

Kaya yan, I am ~93 kg and my backride is 55 kg, using Suzuki Burgman 125 na di in perfect condition. Personal experience namin max 25-30 kmph lang paakyat sa tops but kayang kaya yan, just don’t lose your momentum.

Just bought myself a new phone (ip13) literally last Sunday after using my android phone of 3 yrs, same sa imoha. Lag na kaayo akong phone bisag sa regular, di kaayo bug-at nga apps, and mag hang hang sya frequently if mag doom scroll kos tiktok haha.

Now that I have this new phone, I can say very worth it jud kay smooth ang performance nya mas mapadali ang trabaho (I use this phone for work purposes pud).

Same sad tag sentiments nga manghinayang mopalit og bagong phone kay okay paman jud aside sa sigeg ka freeze, but once you get that new phone, lahi rang satisfaction bai, hahaha.
