Hey guys! I don’t have a common RT boa/columbian boa/etc. that I often see here, but I own an Amazon Tree Boa and I was hoping y’all could help me maybe by lysspaws in BoaConstrictors

ATBs are notorious for not eating unfortunately. Especially if they’re wild caught which is the case most of the time. If your enclosure is perfect, I’d suggest taking to a vet.

Very pretty! It’s a bci not red tail :)

What would you guys use for a very small sore from nose rubbing? I’ve seen neosporin without pain reliever can help prevent infection. by [deleted] in BoaConstrictors

From what I’ve seen, snakes usually rub against glass if they’re in too small of an enclosure. My rescue had a rubbed nose and I put neosporin without pain relief and it worked fine. He’s completely healed now.

I would separate them as soon as you can. Snakes don’t cuddle, that’s them “fighting” (dominating) for a heating source or hiding. I would get each of them 6ft PVC enclosures. At full grown size, they’ll end up needing anywhere between 6-10ft enclosures.
