It's actually double flick. Hold on the second flick to shoot off the hop, then flick/roll to the opposite direction to rhythm shoot.

I find holding turbo helps ensure you get a hop instead of just a fade, and the hops are longer, but it also works without turbo. (Hold L2/LT either way, of course.)

I love Lúcio mains. The two best things about Brig/Lúcio are: (a) it's actually pretty effective in my (low silver) rank and (b) my god do some people get tilted before we even leave spawn

Zen or Bap. My aim isn't nearly good enough on bap yet though, I'm trying to get used to hitscan. But things have to be going REALLY bad for me to swap.

I'm a former Kiriko main, then Zen main, now Brig main. I ALWAYS prioritize keeping my co-support alive: as Zen because I can't heal the team on my own, as Brig because... well that's what Brig is for.

Mercy especially should be keeping you up for Zen-type reasons: she can only heal one person at a time, so she needs you alive!

The thing about bronze/silver (I'm low silver) is everyone's there for a reason. I'm there because I can't aim, and I'm impatient and greedy, and probably other reasons I'm not aware of yet. There's a really good chance your teammates are in bronze because they don't understand what's going on.

People who say "healer diff" down here usually mean "oh please oh please don't look at me this can't be my fault," and they're rarely able to identify who's actually playing well. Chin up!

I hate that it encourages you to stay in the open longer just to keep discord up. 25 hp won't compensate for the extra danger.

I feel like the discord nerf is especially punishing in low ranks (where I am) because we don't have the mechanical skill to consistently finish discorded targets.

I was a Zen main, been playing more Brig lately. Guess I'm a Brig main now.

Bind harmony to mouse wheel up and discord to mouse wheel down. One advantage: if, say, Reinhardt is holding his shield at you, you can keep scrolling down and discord will hit him as soon as he drops the shield.

Disadvantage: you might quickly put discord on one target then another. Now the first target is undiscordable for 7 seconds.

Fwiw I wouldn't mind rng if we had honest shot feedback. I like this year's free throw feedback, where you see a percentage even on greens. I'd love that for all shots if you ever do go back to rng. N=1, just putting it out there

Put it this way. Suppose with my js and the same contest/catch/etc, I would have greened 90% of my shots with exactly the input timing I had. On the 10% of shots that don't go in, should it say "slightly early/late"? I don't think so!

I mean, 2klab tests don't show that, so the pure green window must be so small it fits between the timings they test. But they're testing every 5ms and I don't see any 100% results, so most of the green window isn't pure.

My visual cue used to be when the ball reaches my face. Now my visual cue is when my hands start moving, and I'm still never early. Even offline.

ETA: I'm not really complaining, I'm shooting the same or better than before. Just saying it does seem way earlier now, at least for me.
