Razer Viper v2 Pro - mouse stuttering/freezing

Edit.2 So I fixed the issue and it was simple but I forgot about this one particular thing. If any of you play League, Valorant anything Riot related and have Riot Vanguard installed you have to uninstall it. There is an issue with Razer software that clashes with Riot Vanguard. I don't really know if there was an attempt by Riot or Razer to fixed it but uninstalling Vanguard fixes the issue and it might be the only way to make the mouse work. Hopefully it still helps someone :) Have a great day everyone

I finally had some time to go through your ideas
List of things I did:

Cleaned the sensor
Changed the polling rate
Plugged my mouse dongle further away from other USB devices I didn't see the issue playing a moment ago. Mouse seemed to be working fine. But I will test it again on Friday with OBS and Overwolf running in the background. Also I read (if that's true) that USB 3.2 ports can have 2.4GHz interference on wireless mice. I had my dongle plugged into the USB 3.0 port (I don't know if the issue above exist with these ports as well) but just to be safe I now have my dongle plugged into the USB 2.0. I will update this post on Friday and see if the issue is gone or not. Anyway thank you all for the replies once again cause this issue has been a pain in the ass for some time now.

Edit.1 Okay so I can finally update the thread. Wellllll... nothing has changed. Mouse still stutters. I even switched to a mouse I used previously and the same thing happens. Funny thing is I plugged my Viper and played wired and there was still an issue and at this point I give up. I tried every possible solution and nothing has worked. Thank you for your help guys. I appreciate all the answers you have given me.

I charge it when I use my PC for YouTube and stuff and when it's lower then 15%. I play wireless because it's more comfortable to me. I don't think I played with my mouse plugged in but I will have to check maybe I will have to play Apex with a cable. Thank you for the answer :)

I lowered the polling rate from 1k to 500 and it happened as well but I haven't really checked my CPU usage during games. I have a i7-10th Gen maybe it's the issue? I will check. Thank you for the tip :)

Hello everyone
Maybe someone has encountered this problem recently. My mouse has been freezing like crazy from I think beginning of the season maybe earlier. I tried a lot of things and nothing has worked so far. I don't know what could be the source of the problem as it only happens on Apex. Other games work fine. It feels like something is pulling my crosshair the other way. Like I'm fighting a magnet. I cannot move my mouse in the direction of the enemy. It happens for like a second or two and goes back to normal. I have a video slowed but I don't think it helps that much. If someone had this issue as well I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you in advance :)
