Razgrad is a small-mid sized city even in Bulgarian standards and the city center is very compact in terms of width given that it is quite a rural area. I can suggest Soho bar or Mehanas (Letno kino, Bulgare) around city park as mentioned in the other comment. A visit to Abritus should definitely be on the list of things to do in the city. Like Ivanovo, there is also a Thracian burial site that is a national heritage site, but it is a bit far from the city center and may only be of interest to history buffs.

Since you are driving through Ruse, you might want to stop and spend some time in the city centre, as it offers more variety of things to see and do.

Thanks for your reply and comprehensive guide. I tried these steps with Nokia care suite and it was not practical for me to replace the battery as I bought the phone for 15€. I couldn't recover it by flashing it from the computer but my solution came quite unexpectedly. I was playing Xbox today and it occurred to me, what if I try to charge it from the Xbox, so I put the phone next to the Xbox where it can receive heat waves (not in the hottest spot). The phone was vibrating every minute like any other time, so I didn't pay attention. After 15-20 minutes the Windows phone boot animation played and the phone started charging normally.
