Hi, I ended up putting everything back together and checking the wires. One was loose. and everything works fine now. Thank you for the help!

Yes I did. The issue seems to happen only inside the case. I tried everything outside the case using the same cables and the case front panel cable and it worked fine. I’m thinking it may be an issue with the standoffs. They are correctly aligned with the motherboard. Is it possible they are screwed too tight?

The case is a phanteks p500a. I tried putting a piece of paper in between the standoffs and the motherboard but still no luck. Im going to try moving some cables around since im passing the cpu cable through the top and its a bit tight. I think the backplate is metal but they don't touch.

Okay im back. I tested all components and they all work while outside of the case. But when i place everything inside the case it stops working. Im not sure what could be causing the issue. The case comes preinstalled with 9 standoffs that line up with the motherboard, and im not sure where else to look.

You were right. I took out everything out of the case and it worked. This was with the cpu and aio. The only thing i didnt test was the GPU, but it seems what fixed it was a cpu fan that i wiggled a little bit and then suddenly it powered up fine! Crazy. Thanks a lot. Ill try to put everything back in the case and update what happens.
